The member certifies they will maintain in good standing this reservation in the
renter's
name and will in turn benefit in exchange for payment using Zelle or Venmo, unless
otherwise agreed. This contract is entered into, in good faith, for the purpose of
renting reserved one time use accomodations for lodging only.
